Development of key projects such as Project MONNET (Mobilising Opposition Networks to Nationalistic European Terrorism) supported by the European Commission Directorate Justice, Freedom and Security, which provided an analysis, from a victim of terrorism perspective, of the impact of terrorism on democracy in Northern Ireland with potential transferability to other countries of the European Union and the Middle East.
